Postcode for Sat Nav: RH10 3HZ

From the M23:

  1. Exit the M23 at Junction 10 and stay in the left-hand lane. Take the first exit signposted East Grinstead.
  2. Continue straight at the mini roundabout, and go straight over the next main roundabout.
  3. At the following roundabout, take the first exit, signposted Lingfield.
  4. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the B2037.
  5. Look out for The Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking is directly opposite on your right.

From the M25 / A22:

  1. Leave the M25 at Junction 6 and take the exit for Godstone.
  2. Follow the A22 towards East Grinstead for approximately 7 miles.
  3. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the B2028.
  4. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Effingham Road (B2037).
  5. After a short distance, you’ll pass The Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking is the turning on your right.

Arrival instructions

When you arrive at Cophall Parking:

  1. Drive up to the automated barrier. It will open automatically using number plate recognition.
  2. Follow signs to the arrival bays and park your car.
  3. Head into reception with your booking confirmation and flight details to check in.
  4. You’ll be given a ticket, keep this safe, as you'll need it on your return.
  5. Board the free shuttle bus, which runs every 15 minutes and reaches Gatwick Airport in just 7-12 minutes.

Return instructions

When you return from your trip:

  1. After collecting your luggage, call the phone number provided on your ticket to request a shuttle pick-up.
  2. The transfer bus will collect you from the terminal and return you to the car park.
  3. Your car will be ready and waiting, so you can be on your way home quickly and easily.

Cophall Parking cannot accommodate the following vehicle types:

  • Vans

  • Commercial vehicles

  • Vehicles longer than 5.3 metres

Late Returns

If your return is delayed and you exceed your pre-booked parking period a £20 charge per additional day (or part day) will be payable on return.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
